1. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, quotations and agreements between CAR-L and its customers, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

All offers are without obligation unless stated otherwise.

Delivery and pricing generally run through our dealers and installers. Stated lead times are indicative.

Payment is made according to the arrangements on the relevant quotation or invoice.

Supplied products and software carry the warranty as agreed or as provided by the manufacturer.

CAR-L's liability is limited to the amount paid out by its liability insurance, or to the invoice value.

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
